This issue has been resolved, the performance issues from earlier today have been remediated appropriately. Additional automated monitoring has been put in place to avoid this in the future. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Monitoring

A fix has been released and performance appears to have returned to normal. We are still closely monitoring the situation and will continue to do so for the next hour to make sure that the issue is resolved.

Investigating

We are currently investigating degraded performance on our API, which is affecting the performance of our web application and extensions. Actions in the applications are taking longer than usual. We are sorry for the inconvenience and we are looking to resolve as quickly as we are able.
